Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received (sealed box).

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@drexlerceramic.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Sale items are non-refundable.
